Hello, I am a part of the group that delivers the engineering subchapter. I will mention a few things. First, the ppt material in the video references the book Ethics, Technology, and Engineering An Introduction by Ibo van de Poel and Lamber Royakkers, Peter-Paul Verbeek, and Michiel Brumsen published in 2011. Recently, we got another reference that can make universe understands engineering better. The reference we just found is the book Chemical and Bioprocess Engineering. Fundamental Concepts for First-Year Students by Simpson, R., & Sastry, S. K. published in 2013. We found many interesting things and can help get to know engineering in general and also in depth for chemical and bioprocess engineering.
