Today we went to #NoorjahanRoad, #Dhaka to explore and enjoy popular and unique momos nowadays. We tried 😀⤵
Nepal's famous, Jhol Momos @ CafeTales , have a soupy base which is made out of masalas, nut paste, tomatoes, onions and chillies. It is especially popular in the capital city Kathmandu and is often eaten during the winter. Here 7 pieces momos are served. They are beautifully packed and had satisfactory size. Looks tempting. Once the base is ready, the momos are then dipped in the jhol / soup and devoured! They are served with chili oil that is a mixture of spicy sauce. Soup is the perfect dip for your hot momo. It’s bursting with flavor, and it tastes great after adding the chili oil. Jhol with hot momo, Adding just the right amount of warmth and spiciness. 👍 The flavor of grounded nuts is prominent with just the adequate amount of spices in the soup. It's nutty, hearty, yummy momo. It also has soury, tangy flavor because of the use of tomatos. The outer layer of the momo is thin. Filled with chicken paste, onion and green chili paste. It's spicy and has smoky flavor adding to the taste. Chili oil enhances the flavor and makes it tastes heavenly. Delicious!
Butter Chicken Momos, @ KingMomo which are essentially a traditional momo consisting of a dumpling filled with well-seasoned ground chicken and smothered in butter masala sauce. 6 pieces of Yummy looking momos are served. Amazing and Appetizing. The momo has a very thin outer layer. It's filled to the core with mashed chicken and other ingredients. The succulent chicken with the combination of butter masala sauce is sure to leave you drooling as soon as you sink your teeth on this masterpiece of a dish! Mind-blowing! This butter masala sauce is the key element that makes this dish better, Excellent and works like magic! Adding this butter sauce enhances the flavour of these Momos. 😋 Yum! The sauce has the flavor of Butter, tomato and milk. Delectable! The proper use of spices makes it lip smacking delicious. Perfect! You can feel the flavors explosion in your mouth! Sensational! Delish! A must try!
