@@DaltCity No she really isnt. the grapple has such low cool down that it really isn’t that big a deal, and as you can see it literally did not cause this man any issues. ochaco is easily B+ and if they fix the grapple A tier.
@@toon4416 she’s definitely a when they fix it. Ive died on multiple different occasions because my grapple failed on every one of the charges. The character is busted needs a fix. This guys one game isn’t a big enough sample size to say the grapple works dude. Her kit is awesome, and when she works properly she is A or S. When you’re grapple fails, she is the worst character in the game.

Her wire sometimes is bug and doesn't stick to wall or ground
