A 10A fuse is far to large for a dash camera. The point of a fuse is defeated when you use a large a fuse like that. Stick in a 2A fuse, and that's all you require.

I agree. It was our first attempt at making a 'How To' video, with the GoPro purchased just 2 days before making this video. With a few videos now under our belt, we are a lot better since then.

If you aren't using a power magic pro, you just purchase a cigarette lighter plug socket, and follow the same install video, find an ignition source as per the video, use a fuse adapter with a 2A fuse to protect dash camera, and earth as per video. The cigarette lighter cable which comes with any dash camera, then goes into your newly created cigarette lighter port, behind the dash.

bollocks. Ford driver a nutter ignoring all signs and highway code. Lost is not an excuse for not checking mirrors or not checking blindspot, or signalling, or jumping a double solid line whilst passing a stay in lane marking.

He's not undertaking. They are in clearly segregated lanes for different destinations, the left for govan, the right from M8 / Greenock. The double white line means do not cross. the signs on the road mean stay in lane, the signs on the wall that say 'stay in lane' mean stay in lane. All that prima facie stuff aside, would you change lane without a) signalling b) checking your mirrors c) checking your blindspot. I really don't know what the driver in the left lane could have done to avoid this incident other than to have not went out that day.

Both of these cars are in the wrong I am not denying that but I don't see how you cant look at it from an outside perspective instead of an " What an idiot that ford driver is" You can literally see the instant fear in the ford when they see the "STAY IN LANE" Is upside down. As for the "stay in lane" sign, well that's after the collision has occurred so they probably didn't even see that. There are no segregated lanes at this point there are no road markings except some piss poor road markings way before this and it's night time pitch black so the ford most likely missed this. There are no signs or anything before this point to say to stay in lane or what lane takes you where. You either know the Clyde tunnel or you don't and from this video the Ford did not have a scooby where they where going. The dash cam car was stupid aswell because you can clearly see the brakes come on and the car verge way before the accident occurred, he could have stopped this from happening by being aware of the cars around him. It's kind of when you see someone on the motorway who is all over the place and say to yourself " well they are either texting, rat arsed or sleeping stay well away " Yes you are correct with your a,b and c's but that still doesn't take away from this video that both drivers are fucking morons. You can clearly see the dashcam's bonnet slightly point upwards which indicates to me that the dashcam car had started to accelerate, probably thinking they can just fire past the breaking car instead of you know, breaking? Also I think I spotted a 30 sign above the entrance aswell... Yeah will just point that out and leave it there if we are discussing following the highway code here.

I agree the Fiesta looked lost, but the Volvo V40 shouldn't have tried to undertake and have a bit more awareness about his surroundings.

Hi Nathan. We heated up the adhesive pad with the red plastic backing, and then pealed this off, before sticking it to the window. It's not showing in the video as this is just a tip/trick, and doesn't require a full walk through as you can't stick the unit without removing the red plastic backing.

Hi Sammy, it's the FEM module that you connect the kit onto. The live, ignition and earth wire connect onto this loom. For a F10, you will find the location for your FEM module in the drivers side kick plate, located next to the gas pedal. Thanks, Dash-Cam Man
