    Find a good hair oil that will keep hair looking glossy, protect your ends AND stimulate growth from the roots. My hair is quite fine and can look greasy quickly - the trick is to apply oil daily to the ends of your hair ONLY, and then brush through the rest of your hair. If you do this regularly, you will notice less breakage… which means you can grow it longer faster

      Hi Ashish, it is different for everyone. My personal experience was a shift in how each day begins, after practicing the 5 Tibetans - I feel more awake and energised, the choices I make are better when I have practiced the 5 Tibetans (choices related to food, to work, I somehow become more efficient and it creates more time in my day). I get out of bed earlier! When I first started practicing the 5 Tibetans I lost some belly and arm fat, my mind is clearer. It is a short practice, which really sets you up for the day. I notice a big difference in my back when I return to the 5 Tibetans after "time off". My teacher says try it for 30 days... see the benefits :)
