I was running the race, so I had to catch this rebroadcast. Unfortunately, they skip forward about 45 minutes. But I'm glad you enjoyed it.

So the women's world record was broken and we have had zero focus on the women! FFS
@KirstenLambert-j6s terrible coverage. NBC shouldn't get the broadcasting rights. Most of the time is spent doing interviews and showing promotional videos.

The worst commentators I have ever known, especially when a world record is on. You never get to see how the athlete progressed during the race. The commentators are so negative, I wish there was another channel. It started with Bridgid Kosgey when she set the world record in 2019, they started saying she had overcooked it and she should have started the race conservatively, only to eat humble pie in the end after she broke Paula Radcliffe's then long standing world record . When a world record is on just let the people watching enjoy the race instead of giving negative comments.

The Chicago commentators are usually the worst among the major marathons. However, this year’s commentators are unbearable. Mickey Mouse at its best.
@rrogorrec I can't stand how 50% of the broadcast is of random interviews, commentators at a desk, and crap like that. I want to watch the race.
