Indigenous Education Services proudly supports students, families and teachers in the Comox Valley School District #71 (Comox Valley, BC, Canada). It is recognized that School District No. 71 (Comox Valley) operates on the traditional unceded territory of the K’ómoks First Nation. Our vision for Indigenous students is to have a balance between academic performance and Indigenous culture and identity that will foster the value of lifelong learning. This channel honours the role of connection to culture, community and language as key components to students success and well being.
