If i wake up at 3 o clock. I waste another 6 to 7 hour by slowly working and sleeping at the same time 😂😂😂🎉. And it is not possible to manage with few hours sleep. Machines and humans are not same. It a unfair comparison. Computer and humans. A bike can reach 250km speed. Even ussain bolt cant run at that speed😊

But what if one sleeps at 11 or 1130. Then also one should wake up at 4 ?

I don’t disagree with 4am wakeup but “sleeping late” doesn’t mean failures. Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla sleeps at 12:30 and wakes up at 7:30. He still got his businesses successful and difficult to get beaten in business because of his tremendous knowledge.
