Anwar Hussain, a psychologist and criminologist, assists Kochi police in solving a series of brutal murders involving high-ranking officers. Each victim is found with their eyes and heart removed, along with a Lady Justice figurine at the scene. Anwar discovers a link between the murders and a psychologist, Dr. Benjamin Louis, whose sister Rebecca was wronged by corrupt police and a priest. As Anwar investigates, he realizes Benjamin is orchestrating the murders as revenge for his family's past. Though Benjamin is arrested, he is killed in a staged encounter. In the end, Rebecca completes the final act of revenge, leaving Anwar with unsettling revelations.
