Very nice bike! I used to own a GT550, and it was a blast - until it broke down and seized on the highway. That dreadful SQUEEL! sound, which usually means that the piston has seized in the cylinder, on a two-stroke machine...😢 Luckily, it was "just" the clutch platters, which was a known problem on those early GT550's. Unfortunately, my bike had run out of warranty, so I sold it on. Good riddance...😂

What exhaust are you running?

Thanks for showing. As I made my drivers licence in April 1978 for car (N°3) and motorcycle (N°1), it was exact this one bike in red, which my drivigscool was using. I needed only one hour (45min.) for driving and 15 minutes to get the license. For me it's still one of the prettyest bikes in the world with a unike sound out of 3 2stroke Cylinders. Your pretty GT 380 is in a perfect maintained condition 🤩👍 Where do you come from ? I come from bavaria in germany 🤗💞
