Why not make fish hydrosylate? It's basically the same ingredients, except you add water to the ferment and is ready to use :)

Very well done! I did have a question. The fermentation bacteria thrive in the environment you created with the 1kg fish 1kg of sugar? That seemed almost like preservation levels of sugar. I would think that it would start to retard growth at some point. Just asking because I do this with fish and LABS, and I add just 1 cup of brown sugar to feed the ferment. Mine smells just a bit like day old fish.
