Just have to check with the authorities on the things they need to reinstate.. For example, the did not “re-laid” the grass where they have made it into concrete for example. They did filled back the pools, remove extensions they did. However, they have also stayed in this place 7-8 years, where amazing memories have been made. The reinstatement were less than 1 month’s of their latest rent, so it was not too bad a deal. $7k is recent bid, when they started the bidding 7+ years back it was 60-65% of that price. @@YMWong-cb6ke Hi, I see your point, but no one buys a 2 room flat for investment. Purely for stay. Logically speaking even with all the cost added in assuming $320k divide by 53 years, it’s only $500 per month. Which we can’t even find a room for that price 😀

@@bryanyeesg Yes, I see your point too. But I can buy a 2 room 47 sq m in Woodlands, Canberra, Yishun or Sembawang with a 94 years lease balance for $350k. More value.
