Pathetic operations team., At first I thought it was the mistake of the driver and the captain, but NO, it's the ground team who is doing a pathetic job and hiding behind customer support to save their skin., The bus from Chennai to Bangalore makes its first onboarding at a point which is "Opposite to Bloom Hospital"., But the Oxford grads who are sitting in the content management department, sends a WhatsApp notification saying the boarding point is "In front of Bloom Hospital"., This shows they have gone through a Pathetic elementary education who can't even express it properly When a complaint is raised to staff(other than driver and Captain) they don't have the guts to take ownership., They bluntly say You have called my personal number, you have to call n report this in customer care, who inturn has not taken any corrections till date coz the captain seems genuinely helpless when this was pointed to him. These guys lack basic customer Service., A small time bus travel team does a better job than you guys. Shame on your service .. Not sure if only you have any willingness to correct it..

Very worst travel experience from hyd to blr. They dropped me 50km away from destination saying reason as bus documents are not there to enter the city. No alternative provided.

This is the worst bus which I ever get into... There is no safety for women passengers at all.. There is a delay in bus for almost an hour and we were waiting for almost one hour in an Abondoned road for the bus.. No contact details available of captain and bus service also didn't intimate of delay.. Rude behaviour of captain Charan when asked about the reason. Requesting to look after this issue soon and take necessary action..

Very bad service, never recommend. Bus driver forgot to stop bus at my drop location because Captain was not available in the bus and driver force to get off from bus on highway at midnight with very rude behaviour. When I call to customer care Noone given the solution.

I booked this Intrcity Smart Bus from Khanna to Delhi. Bus condition is very scary. Bus Drivers are not professional. Bus Sensor Issue started from Sirhind itself. Bus driver droppped us at Rajpura Chownk. I was standing with my wife and a 2yr old kid. Driver also returned to his bus. My wife was also feeling unsafe standing at Rajpura Chownk. After struggling for 2 hrs I got another bus from intrcity at 2.45 am. Very unprofessional behaviour and poor condition of buses. I will suggest people not to book Intrcity.

Very worst experince. Forced to pay online although pay at bus service was selected. Even after payment ticket was not provided. Had to pay again on bus while travelling. Was told that money will be refunded within 48hrs but even after 72 hrs also money was not refunded.

Unfit to run this travels. Bus is too much jumping. Driver zigzag drive always. Even after informing driver many times. He does drunk and drive. Luccage space above leg is very small. No pillow given, No blanket given. Booked madiwala for last stop but Stopped some where 2.5 kms away from madiwala......wrost experience.

Awful misrepresentation. Wife travelled Mum to Goa yesterday on this SmartBus sleeper coach number NL 01 B 2735, and there was no washroom onboard. Despite the website Q&A stating washrooms on all sleeper coaches. When I called customer service last night, Eijaz tells me IntrCity does not have washrooms on all buses, only certain routes. He also stated thst when you book on the IntrCity website or app you get a picture notification on non availability of washrooms on certain buses. We booked on PayTM and the ticket we received has no notification of non availability of a washroom on board. Neither does it state so during the booking process. Customer Care tells me to take up this issue with PayTM. Horrid experience. First and last time using IntrCity.

Worst bus.. very unhygienic.. currently travelling from Coimbatore to Chennai.. They charged 1800 Rs.. poor service.. it looks like the seats are not cleaned for months.. full of dirt.. facilities sucks.. cheaters.. ac not working at one end.. huge disappointment.. waste of money..

It is a fraud, I ordered food to be delivered at vijayawada railway station and paid online Rs.420, an order confimation mail has been received f4om thembut unfortunately neither food was delivered nor my money is back. I raised my grevience through the same mail ,which was not delivered saying that the mail ID not correct .
