Fire spells are the best spells. Fire solves everything afterall.
@@enyolsworld yes it did everyone in my party would be dead and I’d have to solo. I also had a lot of fire spells that had the chance of healing.

Check Ebay constantly, that's what I did. I was lucky that I found it for 250 usd.

About the name, I've never seen any Evil Dead movies, so I didn't know the name was a reference to those. I assumed the name was a reference to "The Day the Earth Stood Still" the B&W 1951 Sci-Fi movie, starring Michael Rennie as an alien called Klaatu. He lands on Earth to warn humanity about their destructive ways, and has a guardian robot called Gort, which can only be commanded by the phrase "Klaatu Barada Nikto." Really awesome movie that I remember vividly from seeing it as a kid (in the 80s lol, I'm old, but not 1950s old!!). It was remade in 2006 with Keanu Reeves and Jennifer Connelly, which is kinda OK but not as good as the original.
Never seen TED either, but afaik they borrowed the phrased from Earth stood still, pretty sure its phrases from the necronomicon. it's also the name of the skiff guards in return of the Jedi, Plus Weequay (i think that's how its spelt)

While yes i agree some places do feel empty, nothing feels emptier than the base game, overall i say its stuffed really well with content. And tbh good amount ouf remembrance bosses and side bosses. I do agree that there should be more weapons for the new types but with the total amount of new weapons and armor i think its fair. Also, Radahn is peak wym 😭
P.S. Imo i think its just the right amount of empty because its still an open world game and DS3 dlc didn't innovate much either aside from three phase bosses
I honestly have a couple of similar critiques about this too, but I expected there to be at least some dialogue in the main game about the DLC too. I would have loved to see Melina interact with her brother somehow
They did so in The Old Hunters dlc right? The DLC almsot felt disconnected.

Pirated this game and I still feel stiffed. Absolute garbage. It's like if you fed an AI different souls games and told it to come up with one itself. No soul, no tone, lifeless...
Is it not possible that the purpose/bosses of those areas just haven't been found yet?
It is extremely unlikely but you know what bloodborne did happen and they are clearly not afraid to do it again

just to say, it's a matter of preference but imo in Elden Ring, if you start NG+ at around level 190 or so, it does feel pretty much like NG+0. Rarely do things do tremendous damage, you have all your stuff, and even the DLC feels appropriately tuned because you keep your scadutree blessings across playthroughs. Bosses aren't as hard, enemies die in a few hits, it's great
that subscribe button sfx should have you put down. Jk but seriously that shit blew my ear drums out.

the gimmicky "boss" battle where you're just killing regular enemies? Yeah, interesting idea, but horrible implementation, like most of the mechanics in this game

I played it and I love dark souls like games but at the vary beginning of the game they just throw so much info at you that it's super annoying and then some enemies are kinds gimmicky
Yeah, the beginning is pretty heavy loaded.
Its a pretty decent game. Probably better than DeS and DS2. One of the better souls-likes I've played
