I watched this video in 2023 and bought the same unit...and mine died a little over a year of use. Customer service was worthless since it was now "out of warranty." No hard feelings toward SteveVA; his unit broke too. Avoid this dehumidifier.

Disagree as to quality and engineering. Poor, difficult product that broke (ratchet strap) and flexible pipe that becomes permanent with attachments when screwed on. Duct tape should be included to seal system. Lack of detailed instruction booklet. I note that most reviews site these types of problems. SRG

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this isn't a glue right? It's a repair putty. It tore the surface off your shim no? It seems like the weak point even in your test is the material. If you want something to penetrate the fibers, why not use wood glue?

Same issue on two of these bought from costco after the last ones we bought from costco were recalled for fire danger. Not happy at all.

The tried and true 3 ton Harbor Freight low profile jack works for those in a tight situation.

Garbage!! Tried one-It went off a few times and no mole.Also tried the steel spike trap-Went off 10 or so times with 0 moles. Tried the double scissor trap-Got 3 out of 4 moles.

I bought 2 of these after Hurricane Beryl in Houston (one for my house and my mom’s)….They were life savers!…As of others have stated, they’re loud, but mine ran 9-10 hours on 5 gallons of gas.

Just last week here in Houston Texas we had massive power outages... I bought this because it was the only one available... I love it! Ran for 9.5 hours.... Ran my house except the AC system..i got a window unit for that... Loud but they all are... I only wished the 13k watt was available

Im not sure what happened to y'all's, but my two run like champs for three days.

How can it draw air in if there is no fan inside. The only way you can say this would work is if particles happen to just float into it. Bit like the emperors clothes innit! Everyone believes the salesman (taylor) that it works so they think it is.

Avoid this model... Used last summer, went to use it this summer fan and compressor come on but won't pull water. Pissed!

This trap is a piece of crap. The plastic trigger catch broke after 10 sets.

They are pieces of trash I have a brand new one it started twice and never again

good video! if you only use it for continuous drain do you need to install the bucket anyways my crawl space is low it wont fit in with the bucket

Why does it not empty completely? It turns off before all the water is drained. There is still a lot of water in the pit after the cycle is finished.

Have a Zoeller myself. Replaced twice now as I sit in a low area in my neighborhood. Been thinking about raising the height of my sump pump as I believe I have a high water table. My thought is if I raise it closer to where the water table wants to settle it won’t set off my pump every few minutes or so that it has been doing. Any experience with that? Hope makes sense

Lost power for almost three days, after tree fell down on lines. Had this Gen set. Used first time, was easy to handle, consumed 15 Gallons for 68hrs. Not bad. Yes Noise, but all outside. Though burnt out one freezer during this time.

too bad you didn't show the long side being cut. These lower end saws always get pinched at the 7 inch mark of the long side and chips the tile. But you didn't show that. Otherwise, great video.

5yrs ago I had a contractor move my shed using this type of jack. I now need to relevel. What is your recommendation on using this type of jack vs a hydraulic jack or bottle jack?
