Revolver ammo in The Long Dark look like .38 Special. It's a rimmed cartridge and a lead bullet, no copper jacket. The .38 special is a rimmed cartridge and the non-jacketed lead bullet is characteristic of low velocity rounds.

In 2024, I would save for a better one to be brutally honest. Just a 50ish more jump in price would get you far better quality from Amazon. However, this was my FIRST drone, and I still use it for its intended purpose as a navigational spotter. My nav spotter doesn't need all the bells and whistles most other drones need. I'm a firm believer that tech should not have the "all rounder" job.

I have during last year's salmon runs. i used them as a flasher variant when i was bobber dogging. it works as a decent enough flasher

I had that problem with the reel too until I switched to equivalent braid, used an appropriate weighted lure, etc.

@@handymije5548 i just encountered this yesterday. Go to DJI app and grab the new update. Then launch the app and update your drones firmware. Theres been some recent updates i got whammied with that im looking into this next week.

the app's name is the same as the drone, well at least on Android / Google Play it is

To be fair, it was 2am after kayaking for hours, and working hours before that. If you have a video on your channel you've shot after being up for 15+ hours I'd love to watch it and give you an honest critique as well :)

Sadly, we don't have catfish in Interior Alaska. We have Burbot, which are fished similar but not all techniques that work for catfish work for burbot. I'm always open to suggestions :)

I was actively fishing and filming when you dropped the comment. I'm loving the enthusiasm. I'm still figuring it out. I know powerbait and fireball eggs are not this things friend. I'll have a larger more in-depth vid later this week around Thursday plus or minus. I'm gonna try a slice of egg skein, shrimp, and a few other rigging methods.

I’m kind of new to this type of fishing but what really attracts the fish for me is shrimp that’s been marinating in garlic for atleast a few days

They truly are an enjoyable predator fish :) Its good to know that someone else out there enjoys fishing these monsters even when their tiny monsters :)

@@AKDragonFish3D My brother took me fishing for Pike I don't know like 10 years ago. We walked waist deep into the water. And we're just casting and I thought I was getting snags. One of the times a reeled up my spinner out of the water. Then this big pike just came grabbed the spinner out of the air snapped the line and swam off. That was when I knew I loved pike fishing.
