The binder is first and foremost to provide physical support to the new moms (especially C-section mamas) who may feel like their organs are jiggling around as they move back to place, or who experience pain in their C-section scar when they move, or who are simply fearful of moving for fear of agitating their scar. It's a tool for healing, not for weight loss or beauty.

All about Sugar and Lectins!!! People on TH-cam put fruit like... Pineapple - SUGAR, Mango - SUGAR, Banana - SUGAR. Unfortunately, these smoothies are really bad for you. Sugar is poison, even as fruit, especially as fruit. And should be eaten seasonally, and in small proportions. Follow Dr. Gundry's protocol, and you will thrive. Vegans are suffering, because they still have lectins in their diet - like cucumbers, potato starch, legumes, cashews, peanuts, unblanched almond butter, etc. Cashews and peanuts should be thrown out all together. And legumes quinoa, and lentils if not pressure cooked or avoided, destroy the gut wall, and microbiome. We can't just add greens to a bunch of sugar, and lectins, and all or a sudden think it's healthy. It's NOT!!!!

Your meals looked large and not too bad 🙂. Hospital food has come a long way. I was in the hospital recently for a less fun reason, and I really can’t complain about my food there. I liked the pancakes and sausage for breakfast, it toasted bagel and cream cheese. the chef salad or grilled cheese sandwich for lunch, and the sliced turkey with mashed potatoes and gravy for dinner, They had a very good chocolate chip cookie too!
