A focal point of consciousness radiates experiences
I did a tarot reading for my protagonist (The Gravity of Gravity)
I'm writing an optimistic story about humanity being okay in the future. It's taken many hours of research to build, and the journey has only just begun. This video is a reading of the first three chapters and a tarot reading for Astrea Kai, the protagonist.
I hope you enjoy The Gravity of Gravity.
You can join Patreon for free to read more, and I've got some extra cool things available to paid members like concept art, a private discord server, and a few new things I'll be adding soon!

I'd deeply appreciate your help with surviving and dismantling the Capitalist Paradigm, but it's okay if you aren't able to or aren't interested in supporting me. Whatever you do, know that it is perfect.

After dissolving the discrete into the infinite depths of reality, after the sense of self is obliterated in the face of vast interconnectedness, how do we know what is real? When everything changes, when everything grows, does anything remain the same? There does indeed exist continuity, though perhaps not in the way first assumed. Have you ever been the ocean? This stream uses Logic Pro X wit...

There are so many ways to interpret everything, especially an ancient book. It's a weird thing to use it to justify anything at all and even weirder to use it to promote or support prejudice. People are each incredible and beautiful, and I haven't read the whole thing, so I don't know if it even talks about this, but from what I've gathered the Bible isn't about being abrasive and rude. Though,...

I made up a game the other night where I pick a video game and a place to drop into it. Then I start describing the scene that unfolds, and the player reacts, learning about the mechanics and their environment, ultimately trying to guess which game they're in. See if you can guess the game faster than my friend, and let me know if you do! It would be incredible to become aware of your reality i...

We take a single note, a simple sound thinking it encompasses everything. Then, after dissolving the walls of discrete perspective, we show it the ocean of consciousness. The journey begins here, and continues in the next. Have you ever been the ocean? This stream uses Logic Pro X with no additional plugins or instruments. If you do happen to enjoy my meandering, you can catch me live on Twitch...
The Demigod Project, Genesis 1+ | A Writer Reads: The Bible [1] Twitch VOD

My dad always wanted me to read the Bible, wanted me to explore the path of a Christian. When I learned of the mechanisms of Heaven and Hell, I decided to explore other ideas. Now, I'm trying to get through the whole thing from the beginning. It's a lot to do. No one ever told me the Bible starts with a self-replicating human, a failed Demigod Project, and the extrapolation of whales to infinit...

With the corners of the galaxy mere moments away, where do we go? I decided to attempt talking about intelligence on the internet. Turns out the industry is a strange capitalist artifact designed to support the Capitalist Paradigm. I created a short, 4 voice choir piece to represent a group of NPCs who will compete with the players in a Battle of the Bards (in D&D). the retro synth is so underrated!
@@fallenleaf24 definitely! It's got such a diverse and full sound. I'm thinking about bringing in my Korg Minilogue for some extra layers, but I do still want to try to keep it to vanilla logic stuff.
"And God said" Genesis 1 (KJV) 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. All things made by the Word John 1 (KJV) 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. The Word was made flesh John 1 (KJV) 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. Eat Jesus' flesh (the Word) to have life: John 6 (KJV) 53 Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. Jesus is bread John 6 (KJV) 35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. Live by every word Matthew 4 (KJV) 4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. Be born again by the Word of God 1 Peter 1 (KJV) 23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever. The Word of God is spiritual John 6 (KJV) 63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. If you have Christ (the Word) in you, you have life John 1 (KJV) 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. Romans 8 (KJV) 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. We are saved by faith in the scriptures, which is the testimony of Jesus Christ, who is God. 1 Corinthians 15 (KJV) 1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures: I hope this helps you to understand. I recommend the King James.
@@crutherfordmusic I appreciate the generosity of your message! I'm not reading ahead, just analyzing the lore of the book as it's presented. It's nice to know it's expanded in later sections. I'm sure I'll get to those soon!
@@darriant The entire book is cross referenced. You won't understand very much on your first read. Isaiah 28 (KJV) 10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little:
@@crutherfordmusic that's a good point. I'm aware of the scope of reading the Bible and agree that it requires a lot of research to fully understand. Most people aren't going to go through the effort of studying it to that degree, and the world is already full of preachers who have, so I figured I'd represent the perspective gained by reading it as if it's a coherent, chronological book. Reading it to fully understand it is pretty common, so doing that myself would just be redundant and serve to reinforce the traditional approach, which is increasingly incompatible with an audience outside the already committed, which is mostly comprised of inheritors.
@@darriant I think what you're doing is good. When I first came to faith I read through the Bible chronologically, even the tedious parts like Leviticus and Chronicles. I just wanted to highlight the point about Jesus and the Word, because I wish I'd known earlier (and I wish more people would teach about it). Faith in "Jesus" is not just faith in a man, or faith in "God", but faith in the testimony of God, which is the scriptures. You can consider the Greek ideas of pathos, ethos and logos - the Bible being God's emotion, ideology and logic. Jesus (the Word) is the faithful witness. But I don't want to impose. I love talking about the Bible, but I do understand that it can be annoying having someone impose themself on you, and it's good to discover things for yourself. Jesus bless you :)
@@crutherfordmusic it's all good! I enjoy these conversations. 😄 I'm sure I could arrive at certain insights in a more structured environment, but that's why I want to keep up the approach I have here. A structured environment requires the privileges of time, coincidence, and opportunity, and it seems counterintuitive to use my own privilege to add to the methods that have already been done. If you want to jump into the live chat to talk about your experience, I stream these videos over on twitch.tv/musicalmercenary every Sunday at 7:30pm ET.
It seems IQ measurement gets more and more debunked as just another way of the upper class to feel good about themself.
@@pw6002 it does certainly seem that way. I've heard stories since I streamed this about the mensa meetings being boring affairs in which most people try to prove their superiority. It sounds dreadful. 🙃
