So I just got through watching this incredible documentary , and gotta say PATTI BLISS you Knocked it out of the ball park !!! What I noticed was this song in the background I have loved the Pet Shop Boys ever since WEST END BOYS/GIRLS .... And I thought I heard them all throughout the years.. This song slipped through the cracks !!! Best song by them EVER !!! THANKS FOR SHARING THIS SONG AND GREAT STORY !!!

I have aired this many times on my dance show on community terrestrial radio station.... and I think personally this has saved me from being insane and seeking the peace among the storm. Even since I was a kid, I was a fan of the Pet Shop Boys ;) I love them and love Panti Bless. I appreciate this for the fact it does not over emphasize the sterotypes we gay people have ... but gives the misinformation that are given with the straight people have with us gay peaople. And THAT feels great with me :P

Dear Panti Bliss: will you please have my gay and transgender e-babies?

For all that is oppressive, the Pet Shop Boys have made it tolerable, bearable, and remarkably incredible to have survived through it all with a smile on my face.

We are so thrilled here at RADIO IRISH New York City to witness Rory O'Neill aka Panti Bliss receive this beautiful and superbly crafted music recognition from Neil and Chris The Pet Shop Boys, as the song itself will carry Panti's Noble Call speech forward into the future so that many millions of listeners young and old will get to hear and share this important, historic and ground-breaking speech.
