Appreciate your pov. However any change is a challenge and takes time because these are practices followed by companies for years. HDFC bank recently changed their notice period to 30 days.

How do you feel about leadership? Overall the leadership team has done an excellent job of communicating. They keep the team up-to-date and make themselves accessible for questions. However, I believe there are opportunities for more follow-through. With such a heavy workload under incorrect time estimates without knowing the actual functionality, unwise, non-practical patterns, and non-practical workflow were added to enterprise software development. Verifying the completed works might evaluate the works for each individual and determine the performance or completion. should be valued everyone equally as much as can and. Own up to mistakes and learn from them. Individuals should be encouraged to express their own opinions in group meeting rather than be convinced by personal meetings.

But I tend to do the right thing for companies and my truth history should be there, then they will not blame me. I feel most employees do not mention the truth thing because do not want to lost manager references. What do you say?

Depends upon your career objective, stage and current job profile. If your job profile is enriching and you are progressing well with the company, work culture is good and you are wanting to spend some more time, then getting a hike in your current organisation is better

If an employee's doesn't serve notice period then how much salary he has to pay?. My salary comprises Basic salary-23k, personal pay- 11k, HRA- 11k, night shift allowance-2400 and xray certification allowance-6k. Do i have to pay whole salary or i have to pay only basic salary and HRA. And in my appointment letter it is mentioned that if i have to leave the company then i have to pay one month salary or serve one month notice period but now they are making me signing a letter in which the notice period is extended from 1 month to 3 months. Can they make such changes? Kindly tell me with reference.

Or, shop around for a better job/boss. Workplace loyalty means nothing today and an unreasonable boss is not going to look put for you. They want to extract everything they can from you while giving as little as legally possible. If they refuse to treat you right, treat them like a bad relationship and move on

Thanks for the question. One first needs to find out the reason for the other 2 team members getting only 20% of the business. Is it market potential of their clients or is it that these 2 need to be trained to upgrade their skills/ approach.Once you have done that can one decide about distribution of work.
