I've no idea why it will only give me 2 star rank. You didn't race very well here, and got 3 stars. Hit the walls and other characters in Bowser Castle 2, and went off-road twice on Choco Island 2. I've been completing it pretty much flawless, with 120 coins, and all it will give me is 2 stars.
