Opening gambit is a good ability for weapons that wouldn’t mind loseing it lol. Like shot. Shot will be fine losing it but if they don’t it is very powerful. But most weapons wouldn’t be able to do that

Jet Squelcher was NOT range up, it was Velocity Up, the range up was just a byproduct of the velocity changes, it's just odd the game calls it range up when it actually changes bullet speed

IMO they should have removed most of the damage up effects and either replaced them with something else (maybe bullet velocity or accuracy on pro for example) or only had it improve the fall off damage since weapons like the brushes would have loved more consistent damage at a distance. It's also a shame to see weapons like H-3 and Squelchers still suffering after there nerfs due to main power up and it would be nice to see them brought back closer to their former glory.

Increasing the duration of the ability boost from 3 to 6 seems like a crazy buff, although I would like it if there was a sound effect to tell you that the buff was deactivated as you suggested. In my opinion, drop rollers, biggest weakness is the fact that it is not immune to bombs, so there’s nothing to protect you When an enemy throws a bomb right before you land. This happens all the time in high-level play, which is a big reason why stealth jump is so effective. I think that drop roller should give you armor until about halfway into your role, giving you an immunity to bombs. Also, it would be nice if the role was a little faster

something worth mentioning, and especially something to include in a video on comeback, is how comeback just kinda outclasses special saver as a main ability. faster special charge on respawn just puts so much more agency in the player's hands to get back that lost special meter, and it makes running any more than a little bit of special saver completely pointless unless you REALLY need that hat gear slot for something like last-ditch effort
