A Photographer Travels, my travels to photograph/vidieo record the Beauty of this planet, so here’s my new channel a place for me as a photographer want to share some of my adventures. Some Movies, some photos some video’s My Photography, Natural Light Photography.
Hiking the rim of Crater Lake
I just want one photo of this beautiful place, I’m on a tour of bike trails though I take a ride along the rim of Carter Lake.but, No! To damages! But a two mile hike along the rim of this beautiful place was good walk with lots of views of the Crater.

A 10 minute video of a ride along a flooding river as I try to get through a narrow canyon during a storm. Put my trike in low gear, my right front wheel climbing the wall to get around a fallen tree, that had been cut down to a 6” log not a big deal just a beautiful trail on a rainy day.

It was all most midnight, the gate was locked, there was a speaker phone, I said hello the gate open! 11:00 am I start riding around Lago di Vico 30 miles later I find a nice campground, there a town with a thousand cars, well not really, but hundred’s ok 40 cars. Then none so I camped melt to the lake. Didn’t get the name of the town. Didn’t takes any notes . Nice ride today that’s all I got.

Congrats on getting one! Did you also find it very exiting to get one? I wasn't a 100% sure if I would like it when I did try it the first time. Took me a month or so to find out how awesome it actually is. It's an amazing vehicle that lasts.
I have back problems, this past year was a hard one to do many of my house hold projects. Have got to ride much. So I’m out of shape. Then I slide down into it and away I go, it’s so smooth as it cuts through the air I got in 300 miles the month of May not one muscle ack. To bad for the rest of the world, Velomobiel.nl was forced to stop production. There factory decided to produce there own models and compete with Velomobiel.nl - - - Velomobiel.nl new models Snoek is big hit. So there got 100 orders, then had to put Quatrevelo’s on hold till they find a new factory to build more Snoek’s and possibly more Quatrevelo’s, it’s really a shame, I find the Quatrevelo a all round vehicle for everyday uses all year long. And yes you’re right it’s awesome.
No motor in?
No motor just my legs
I notice whenever I mention using a 750w mid drive ebike kit in one of these. Alot of velomobile owners get their panties in a wad. If it was 750w it could for most part replace a car for me. But I live 16 miles outside of town. So most people don't want to pedal 40 mile marathons round trip each time they need to run into town to shop.. With gears, pedal assist & a mid dive, I could cruise at 40- 45mph on the backroads into town. Instead of 55 or 60 mph on the hwy. So it'd only take like 10min longer to get there. Not sure why a car, motorcycle or moped company hasn't built a similar motorized aerodynamic velomobile type vehicle with partially removable weather enclosure. Simply use 4 moped or motorcycle wheels, a similar aerodynamic lightweight body. A little more storage for groceries & $250 420cc 4 stroke engine with cvt drive. Would go 100mph top speed and get 80+mpgs easy. Adding heat, peltier AC system, radio, mini dash touchscreen, would be easy but still lightweight. It'd also be fun to drive, cheap to build, buy & maintain. It'd pay for itself in gas savings. I recently seen a small 2 seated street legal car that uses a motorcycle engine up front. The car looks very cool. Like a 4 wheel velomobile with no top. The incredibly stupid thing the manufacturer did. Was build it with no removable weather enclosure. Therefore it's not practical & can't be used as a daily driver car.
I understand what you’re saying and agree with for the most part. For 35 years I rode to work and back home 34 miles total. Took me 1 /12 hours each way, but weather was a factor when it rained I drove my car. To understand a velomobiel rider and there view on pedal electric motor on a velomobiel. Is you don’t need a motor to ride 20 miles at 25 mph. On a rainy day you just ride anyway, your in side rain and wind doesn’t bother you. I can get on a bike trail at the 23 mile mark travel to the other side of the city I live in a 23 mph. Get off at mile one ride 1 more mile city streets to work without a motor. In my work clothes did sweat one drop. 49 minutes total time. Other velomobiel owners travel at faster speeds than I. You have to experience for yourself to understand the feeling of moving through the wind, not the feel of a head wind. But a 25 mph tail wind.
Just think, You in a red and white Quatrovelo, Wow, you’re going to blow your fiends away! I love it, all for my Glorious days ahead Gloria Quatrovelo + 332
