look for blue dots on the map, they represent points of interest like export cars, or cayo guards or movie props or drugs vehicles or armored vans..

@@charlesbest5869 +/- 186 vehicles have been removed from the streets and the websites, i don't know if this one is on a website but you could try that.. but i simply picked this one up by going to a blue dot.
