Drawing In The Court Of The Crimson King | King Crimson
Drawing the album cover from one of my favourite albums, In The Court Of The Crimson King, by King Crimson. Perfect for Halloween.
After my last drawing, Hotel Versteck, which involved a lot of geometric measurements and straight lines, I sought to draw something curvy and free flowing. I'd say I found the perfect subject to study and draw! It was fun to experiment with drawing a different style with the interesting contorted features of the 'In The Court Of The Crimson King' face of the 'Schizoid Man' as it contrasts with my other usual artwork.
Another unsigned drawing as I felt there wasn't an appropriate area to sign without ruining the drawing.
