มุมมอง 1483 ปีที่แล้ว
I'll do my best to show you how to replace a piece of tile with a little fun added. Also the cutest dog ever!
Brake Pad Replacement
มุมมอง 1373 ปีที่แล้ว
Our son (and his girlfriend) take time to replace the front brake pads of my truck and also clean all the rims and tires. So it's a little "How to" and a little snapshot of family dynamics. Hope you find it helpful and entertaining. For you 50 something year olds and up I hope it sends some hope for the younger generation.
Ceiling Fan Replacement

In this video I try to show the entire process of replacing a ceiling fan in our buddies beach house. Unfortunately it didn't go as I had planned. www.airbnb.com/rooms/41646441? www.vrbo.com/1910369?noDates=true&unitId=2472886

How to Install a Kitchen Tile Backsplash Part 2
มุมมอง 5363 ปีที่แล้ว
This is the second part in showing how to design and install a kitchen tile backsplash. Our kitchen was finished for quite some time before my wife was able to find the perfect tile. She finally found a tile she liked from wayfair.com. It's a textured, almost corduroy looking tile with slightly varying edges that has a reclaimed look. In the video I will go over how to prep, lay out, install an...

Kitchen Spice Racks
มุมมอง 5783 ปีที่แล้ว
We didn't have a good spot for our spices so we came up with an idea to build our own custom spice racks. We were able to install them above the cooktop where 1) they are used most and 2) where there was dead space around the exhaust hood anyway.
Excellent. For y i epoxy is extremely toxic while it dries
Make a concrete(gray)slurry and "paint" it on it
Nice work, looking good! What are the dimensions of the new sink?
Good Job David best wishes from Germany
Hello from the DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, a question, can you tell me how to prepare the cement mixture well so that it can stay like this?
Muchas GRACIAS , SALUDOS DESDE ARGENTINA
Perfectly executed, even your dog was was perfectly groomed! 😄👍
Thank you for the kind words and thanks for watching. Also thanks for mentioning Bailey!
Great engenunity to get the job done. Bravo on the final product. But you spend a LOT of time and effort making that mold... probably too much VS just buying a sink itself... Especially for the average DIYer.... #beautiful
Thank you and yes I did spend too much time vs buying one. She was happy so that's all that mattered! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Does the sink still move? Or did you glue the sink down? Thanks!
I applied a very small bead of silicone around the edges so now it doesn’t move. Thank you for watching!
Cool! Love it! Greetings from Bali
Thank you all the way in Bali! Glad you loved it!
Super great work sir! Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for watching. I really appreciate it!
if you ever thinking about changing profession i think theres a career as cake decorator , the way you put that plaster on smootly with just the spatula ... wow
Lol thank you. Maybe you’re right!
Muito bom parabéns 👏
Thanks for watching and your kind words!
No reinforcement?
Not with that brand of concrete. It’s made specifically for that.
Muito bom!!
Thank you!
that's a really nice sink, I'm surprised you didn't seal it though.
Thank you. Actually I was afraid to seal it and possibly ruin the color. Since we rarely use that bathroom I thought it would be okay. Thanks for watching.
Very nice great job
Thank you!!
Thank you, I have to make one of these to insert into an old damaged stone sink as I cannot replace it given it is also the draining boards on each side so basically 3 metres long !
That sounds like a fun project. I hope it turns out great!
What are the dimension of both boxes
Sorry I don’t remember the size of the small one. I think I made this one 12x16.
Great job... congratulations
Thank you very much!
Beautiful
Thank you!
молодец мужик 👍

That was great 👍
Thanks Andrew!
I've built a few concrete counters.....super simple to do

Thank you for you kind words and for liking and subscribing!!
Nice job buddy.
Thanks 👍
1/2 mdf or 3/4
All 3/4”
Great outcome but no sanding or sealing?
Thank you. It came out really smooth so it didn’t really need sanding. I probably should have sealed it but that bathroom is hardly used so I just left it alone.
esta muy bonito tu baño manito, el lavamanos de concretos esta precioso, sigue dandole y muchos animo. felicitaciones
Thank you for watching and thank you for your kind comments!!
Im NOT gonna lie. The bathroom of beautiful. But the way that sink turned out is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! What a wonderful job you did!! Can I ask if you figured out the all in all price?? Cost vs. Purchasing one already complete?? You did WONDERFUL!!!
Thank you for your kind words! I really appreciate it. I am afraid to figure out the all in price of making it if I include my time lol. Just products it was probably under $80. Thanks again for watching and your kindness!
Was that sheet rock mud that you used to float or smooth it out?
Yes it was.
Need to build a similar one for a dog bath, so your vid was educational. Only change I'd make is finding a some sort of plastic container for bowl shape. Fill box 1/2 way with concrete, add 'bowl' with weight in it, then fill rest up to top. Might need a release agent or wax. For a utility sink though, I think normal procedure is to just make a large and small box out of plywood, little sanding and some silicone or hot-glue on the seams.
Good luck with the dog bath!
Great job man. When you were thinking about using the straw to caulk around the sink form...at that point I would have thrown everything away and given up completely lol. Glad you pushed through it. Looks awesome!
Thank you for the kind words. Yes I almost had a panic attack at that point 😳.
@@DavidVossberg Though I'm wondering what kind of edge you would get without caulk. I assume it would just a be a bit of bleedout that you could polish, but perhaps you'd end up with exposed aggregate after polishing. I'm not sure. I've envisioned some forms that are just too tight to be able to caulk all the interior edges, but I haven't completed a pour with these forms yet.
@@civicfire99 you could probably do that and then wet sand it. I made some concrete planters (I still need to make the video) and I dry and wet sanded the edges. They came out pretty good.
Cool. I'm going to attempt a farm sink for my wife. I've made concrete counters and she likes the look so now she wants a farm sink to match, wish me luck. One thing, I used WD-40 as a release agent on my counter forms and it worked great, did you use anything as a release agent? I thought it might make it easier to get the form out.
Thanks Rich. Good luck with the farm sink. I hope it turns out great and she loves it!!
😘🐕
💙💎💙
Thanks!
Hey, what's that lilac thing?
Not sure?
Сразу видно - человек с душой подходит, очень приятное видео
Thank you!
Looks great. I'm gonna try this myself. I think if you would have sprayed the mold with WD40 it would have released easier.
Thanks for the kind words. Good luck with yours and let me know how the WD40 works.
Amazing job! I'm watching you from Brazil. 💚💛
Thank you so much! We hope to travel to Brazil one day.
