How to reduce the pressure
You can't lower the pressure, but you can use the pressure controller to stop the motor if it gets too high for your preference.

Does it work on inverter
It can operate on a 2kva inverter, but I wouldn't recommend it due to the high start current causing flickering lights whenever the motor starts.

It's usable, but the pump's flow rate is higher than your washing machine's intake rate, causing the motor to frequently turn on and off.

I'm using this pump to supply water to 4 bathrooms. 2 are on the same level as the water tank and 2 are 1 floor below. I've connected this pump with a 60L pressure tank in line, so that the pump does not run constantly. All bathrooms have showers, 2 taps and health faucets. It also supplies water to the rest of the house ( including kitchen). Pressure setting is 2.5(high) / 0.8 (low) kg/cm2 on the pressure switch. Pressure tank is precharged to 0.8kg/cm2 (12psi). This pump has a max pressure of 2.5 bar/ 2.5kg/cm2. It's more than enough for all household applications, when coupled with a good external pressure tank.

No you can’t do it. It’s not a variable speed pump
If the water tank becomes empty the motor will continuously run. so use water tank level controller to avoid the tank getting empty.
