Anyone noticed how Kamaru would do a double take when saying "thank you" while trying get eye contact? That's one of the multiple beautiful this about jiu-jitsu, he was genuinely thankful to everyone there, from the black belts all the way down to the white belts. He realizes that everyone in that gym, no matter what belt color, helped him become better & acomplish he ultimately goal of become a UFC champion, while making lifelong friends.
