Just the fact that someone puts herself in a ‘special category’ says enough. I had a short relationship (3 weeks) with a self proclaimed Sigmawoman and my verdict is quite simple: pure NARCISSISM Unfriendly. Useless critical remarks. Lack of real empathy.

Boy I sure had it growing up with my narc mom but also opened my eyes about some people in general...very controlling and manipulative had me running from home early and into the arms of abuse and a psycho narcissist even worst...wow but survived and most people attracted to me are either psychopaths...sociopaths...psycho narcs and overt narcs...just like enough no more until GOD sends a sigma man my way...🥇🥇💪💪💪

Lol my therapist doesn't call my personality type "sigma female"........ She calls it Borderline Personality Disorder! 🤷🤣. But after watching some of these videos on sigmas I'm beginning to think my therapist knows nothing Jout human nature.

My observation skills are next level. I can tell by a person’s walk if a person is sent to manipulate me. I’ll literally tell myself “ hmm I don’t trust him/her, let’s see if he/ she will approach me on some bs” n I’m usually right!
