I had issues with my aim for nearly a year Now, have tried multiple solutions without succes Until i randomly turned on g sync in nvidia, my aim feels so Good and smooth now :D If Anyone is having the issue that the aim feels weird and of and shit, try This to see IG it works for i aswell
