Why is it all brown people and women in the pictures? Why are there never any white men?
Thank you for your comment and we are sorry that you feel white men are underrepresented in this video, we work hard to ensure that across all of our content My-Progression includes characters of different genders and ethnicities. Each video features different characters and follows them throughout the story or scenario when relevant to the video. Within the TeacherActive team (the provider of My-Progression) the diversity of the workforce reflects the figures in the most recent UK Census. We are committed to ensuring that any people underrepresented in the media feel seen and heard and subscribe to the idea that 'you can't be what you can't see.' Children and young people are still shaping their view of themselves in the world and seeing themselves in teachers and support staff, such as an exam invigilator, helps them feel valued in society. If you have any further comments or questions, please email feedback@teacheractive.com and a member of the senior leadership team will be in touch.

What if I make a grammar mistake as a scriber?
The scribe needs to reflect the level of the student, especially on the spelling, punctuation and grammar exam. However, if you know you've made a mistake on your own, you can cross it out and write down the grammatically correct way
I like the tips but why the fly sounds, my poor sensitive ears
We'll take that feedback on board, thanks for watching!
Is this video the final part of the Safeguarding in Schools topic?
Yes there are three videos in the series
I have a question: At 03:20 it is said that we shouldn't share the info with any other staff. We should share it with the DSO, of course. But what about the Head Teacher?
The school's policy will tell you who to specifically talk to so always check that, the DSO should always be informed, sometimes in schools the DSO is the headteacher. Check the policy and tell the people named in that policy
Thank you❤
Thank you
At last!!!! As a TeacherActive agency worker with a daughter who's got all three neurodiverse conditions, this was a highlight of CPD. Dyscalculia is a real problem in classrooms since it's still ridiculed or stigmatised as being a "lazy, stupid student". My daughter is a top student with double distinctions at college because the college understood that "making her do maths is like making a person in a wheelchair walk" and found ways around her dyscalculia. For her dysgraphia, the college provided her with a "in class" laptop so she doesn't need to write by hand but can do her written assignments on the computer. She attends weekly sessions at our local gym to improve her coordination skills and movements. Thanks for drawing attention to "the other dys-es".
Great to hear how the college could adapt teaching and lessons for your daughter, if you have any pointers or tips/advice we can use in follow-up videos we'd love to hear from you. Thanks for watching!
I'm starting work as a TA this or next week as a career change - really excited and glad I found your channel for good advice like this :)

Thanks, so powerful steps,Tr.
Cool
Your video is 12 minutes, no values in your words, just show up in pronouncing words, no information, 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 very weak video
We appreciate the feedback Maryam, our videos are made with educators in mind to boost their confidence and break down the many facets of the role. We're always open to feedback so if you think there are ways we can improve further, please email hello@my-progression.com and someone will be in touch. Kind regards
This was really helpful. I’m still not 100% sure I’m going to go back into teaching, but this video made it clear how I can go about it if I do decide to. Thanks!
Glad it was helpful! If you have any further questions about returning to teaching we would be happy to help :)
