I might be wrong but when I was a bit younger a friend and I where somewhere in Mawson Lakes and I think we might of found one of these but we where not sure what it was same with our parents so we just went and put it back I think I might go back and have a look at it and see if it's still there

You should do more videos like this for your other rigs no matter how simple. Everyone is too busy trying to make “content” now that simple instructional are hard to find. I caught a couple of mackerel today on lures and am keen to try balloon floats next time. Took a bit to get to your video that straight up had the info I needed. Thanks mate. 👍

What length is recommended for the hook part

Good rig. Thanks. I ordered a bag of biodegradeable balloons on Amazon. I learned that all latex is biodegradeable, but for balloons, they add so many chemicals to the latex that balloons are no longer biodegradeable. I had to scrap the biodegradeable latex balloon rig. They chinese sellers on amazon will put anything on the label to jack up the prices, but "biodegradeable balloons" are not biodegradeble.

The rig is very simple and great explained thx is very helpful , but I have one question when it's pops what if the ballon fel in the ocean and is not stable on that plastic thing?

First, great emphasis about bio degradable balloons - thanks for that. Second, why use a second clip? Just tie your rod line to the same swivel end as the hook leader - you save a clip and the line has one less piece to break in case you land a whopper!
