If you installed gta iv the actual complete edition mod, the eflc weapons will spawn in the safehouse, such as Luis's safe house, The Lost Mc Club, and Johnny's safe house in gta iv base. If it doesn't spawn the eflc weapons in the safehouse, then you can use trainer to spawn eflc weapons. You can play the game normally using eflc weapons without cheats.

@luisordonez7507 I played the game, and I don't see the npc gangs used the eflc weapons and I'm not sure how to give them the eflc weapons to npc in-game. I believe it's only for the player to use it and for mission npc can only used eflc weapons in DLC missions. The noose can use tbogt weapons if you activated by using trainer to put episodic 2 to allow for them to use it during the wanted level in gta iv and tlad

Gta 6 needs to add classic weapon chainsaw, and flamethrower has been absent from the game for a long time. Ww2 gun or rdr2 feel nice. At least make the gameplay feel unique

No I think it was done for balancing since the aa12 has explosive ammo would be too overpowered if it has a high firerate there's still it's high firerate if you fall with the aa12 equipped it goes to full auto when falling something that other guns don't do

It doesn't fire too fast and the AA12 fires pretty good
