interesting! im in the UK and i have never heard of raw mangoes being eaten. How does it taste? and what would you eat something like this with.
Thank you for your comment 💕 This version of pickled raw mangoes is widely consumed in Asian countries. The carrot can be used in wraps, salads etc while raw mangoes can be eaten straight from the jar. They have a balanced flavour of sour & tangy & a hint of spice from the green chillies.
