Using washable markers for freckles is so smart,, I'm about to freckle all my dolls now lolol ALSO if you want something a little more alternative, temporary tattoos work on ag dolls! i love giving my dolls tattoos,, not sure how easily they wash off though :)

Nice video :) I've done a couple videos with tips for agtubers (or future agtubers) but since IG is less of a priority for me, I have never made a video like this. I love that you emphasize internet safety and not giving away where you live in your photos. Also, I appreciate you stating that you don't need a big collection to have a great account. I have a large collection but that's not inherently superior and not necessary :) Regarding your advice to not include AG or American Girl in your username, I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. I exclusively collect AG so I was very intentional about putting that in my name (and I knew going in that brand deals were not only not likely, but also not an aspiration for me). One thing I would add to your "bio" advice is to add your pronouns. People may want to mention you in their own posts, stories, or reels, and it's helpful for them to know how to refer to you. It also signals you are a person who respects others' pronouns, which can make some people feel more welcome on your account. Thanks for sharing these tips!

PIERCINGS UPDATE: Turns out I was wrong about which size jump rings I used. They should be the 6mm jump rings which is the 2nd smallest sized jump rings michaels carries. The 3rd smallest size is the one I don't recommend. Sorry about that!

Giving them freckles in the summer and taking them off in the winter is next level realism. I love it!!

I love that we get to see your face in this video too. :) I started collecting AG when I was 40 and my daughter was 6, so I read most of the books in my 40's and I loved all of them. I'm 52 now and I've been listening to the read-aloud books on TH-cam for Addy's books, as somehow I missed reading those. I love listening to her read! Isn't she the sweetest? I remember her from AGIG, but I believe she stopped posting to spend more time with her grand kids, which I'm guessing was a wonderful decision for her to make. I think it would be really fun, and probably easier for you, if you just focus on one character for each video. That would also make your videos more searchable if you feature the character name in the title of the video. They would be shorter and quicker for you to film and edit too. Just my 2 cents. :) Keep up the great work!!
