Hi, is it true that Wera metal rusts as hell? I was about to buy KK 60 RA, watched a bunch of videos on how quickly/ easily Wera metal rusts, went for 816 RA instead. Maybe I’ll buy the stainless steel version and then just swap the handles. What do you think?

I was thinking “yeah yeah whatever. Plenty of other options.” Then I looked it up. Damn. For the price, hard to beat. Gearwrench is probably the only thing comparable though I hear Icon is adding sockets to their bit ratchet. Plus Bahco has a version with a bit ratchet and adapter set up.

I own this set, it's great because of the variety that it offers however it showed signs of rust on the bits within about a year of me having it, bit apart from that I wouldn't be without it

I own this set. Very handy, compact, good quality. But very tiny, almost like toys. Suited for quick fixes. For larger repairs you need normal sized tools IMO.
