It's unreasonable to compare a so called city to a mere town of Swakopmund.
Francis town looks more like a town
I think Francistown can be compared to Otjiwarongo rather than Swakopmund because its unfair competition to compare Francistown to Swakopmund
We compared the second biggest towns after the capitals
Swakopmund vs Francistown clearly no competition...Swakopmund is light years away from francis town which look like an ordinary African town while Swakopmund does not resemble your typical African town...it looks very European...if you did not know it was in Namibia you would think its in Europe...

The main difference between the two cities and countries is that one was built by colonialist while killing and raping the citizens, the other one was built by natives (black people) No history of exploitation, rape, oppression. From being the 2nd poorest country in the whole world to where it is today. I'd definitely choose Gaborone.

Saying it again you guys see bigger buildings you say the infrastructure is better , the CBD's of Dublin and Oslo have small skyscrapers and it’s of better quality than most American downtown area's and Johannesburg, and Gaborone has a separate commercial and business hub Windhoek has not 😅
