The system is broken, and so are people. Therefore, people shouldn't rely on the system on a broken system. Change should start within and not wait for help for the government.

This dude obviously is not right in the mind. Most of the time, people are influenced by the environment they're in.

As a former CO who worked in the prison system for 22 years, most of these dudes are cowards. These dudes are so weak, especially when you put down on them for their wrongdoings, they will write all these bogus grievances and make these fake allegations 😂. I'm all about respect, I understand the drama between these dudes locked up, and I never entertained any foolishness. Coming from someone who took on the enforcement role, I came to do my work and not be with the drama. If it came my way or I witnessed any of the BS, the box they go to. I believe in rehabilitation and always had a positive mindset to talk with the dudes, although all of them can't be changed. But helping that one gave me hope to stay in the job until God blessed me with another career.
