    Thank you, I just got the third type of pillow and I have been using it wrong. I sleep on my side and I have been keeping my head in the center while on my side. It now makes sense to put my head on either side instead of leaving it in the middle.

    Thanks for recommending the therapeutica pillow I’m going to give it a try since I’m a back and side sleeper, I’ve been dealing with bad neck pain since I’ve turned 30 and I’m fed up with it.

      Hi Ayana, Something as simple as 3 sets of 10 repetitions would be good if you can do that. Holding the press for 3-5 seconds.

    I've used a posture corrector in the past, but I found that it was digging into my under arms. I'm hoping this one would have a better result for improvement! :)
