Life has been busy so we haven't made any videos lately. So, here is an update to what our garden looks like in December '24. Check out what is new and what is growing in west central Florida at this time.

Check out what has grown and what has changed. It is summer so we switch to heat tolerant plants. Cherokee beans are almost out. Puerto Rican beans are in. Sweet potatoes are sprawling. We are enjoying the mangoes and passion fruit and looking forward to the papaya and guava!

West central Florida
Hi. You were mentioned on Southern Latitudes so I went ahead and looked up your channel. I’m always looking for FL gardening content since gardening in FL is so different from gardening anywhere else. I’m learning right along with you.

You will always be learning. Gardening in FL is like a circus act where you are spinning plates. One plate is temperature. Another is water. One is humidity. Another is bugs. Last is light. Hard to keep them all spinning. Also, all dates may vary if a hurricane comes your way. Good video!

Also, I forgot to mention. If the seed packet does not mention ideal temperature, Google it. An easy "ideal germination temperature for _____" will be all you need.
