Hey, we aren’t in an insanely serious prog, if it was, the tank would be in a few different sets depending on comp. For solo healer solo tank comp the main tank would be in war machine and Pearl, and the healer in ma olo, for two healers one hybrid one full, it would be war machine pearlescent or sax and either nunatook or nazaray, but in this instance I asked him to be in crimson since we cannot perfect alkosh since it was a pug group. It’s better to be at max pen at all times than chance the alkosh dps not getting the synergies they need for it. In optimal groups, alkosh isn’t a problem, but that takes awareness on everyone’s part to not take synergies from kosh dps. OT can either be sax pa with symphony, war machine pa, and healer can be olo pillagers naz if they are solo healing as well. There are a lot of ways to play it.

Thanks for the detailed reply. =] We ran with 2 healers (Blade (Rojo) & Cro (SPC/PA) and 2 tanks (MT Warden Yolna/Pearl, OT Cro Sax/Pillager). Our guild leader had calculated that Crimson offers too little Pen and therefore had concerns about replacing Alkosh with Crimson. TT is also rather difficult in vSS, so we didn't really know how to replace Yolna, in case we would switch to an arcanist healer. Yes, for the Guild's First Clear we also played safe rather than super optimized. But we got the GS yesterday in old constellation. But very cool to see the Arcanist on the ice, thanks for the upload. =]

But honestly you can even put them in sax blood spawn with nazaray and Pearl to extend OT colo, and just cheese it with barrier lol you can mess around with it and have fun. I am looking forward to GS, it’s been too long on being close for the last 2 years. 34/36 group drops. Etc

That minor heroism is a nice group buff to add and not to mention the brittle buff will make it easier to keep that up than solely relying on frost staves alone. Let’s see what makes it off the PTS and into actual content since this is essentially combing a Templar, Warden, and Cro in some ways into one class.
