Much of this was actually filmed in the actors' real life homes. Megan's actress did a later interview out of character and she was appearing from the same room, Paul Baverstock also did one and he had a different room very similar to the one shown here. And this looks like the old interference mechanic - I never got to try that because I got the game much later after it had been changed.

Ugh, segment 3 is so hard!!! I got max viewers without losing any and still got only a B! You can't even let the viewers think of changing the channel. They also made Peter's cursing fit even worse by adding interference to that section in the full game.

A later game update removes the word "India" and replaces it with static. so you're never told exactly where Raj is from. Not sure when that changed but it definitely did. And at 5:04 that was the actor ad-libbing because the on-set sound engineer forgot to play the zinger at that moment even though it was in the script. Confirmed by the creators of the game.

Interesting how the 1950s housewife has a totally up-to-date modern kitchen with modern vehicles passing the window outside. This game does take liberties on details like that, but it adds to the dystopic mood and works very well. Also love it how Bannon foreshadows Hey Friendship by talking about how great teamwork is.
