Regarding the recovery drive, I saw an icon where it states "Free Download" I clicked on it, whilst it was loading up very slowly, I then noticed the icon stated that I had to pay at least $90.00. This is where I am frightened upon completion, where it says there are no files, and I donated $90.00 for nothing. I have seen a white light on the WD portable hard drive when plugged in and I know there are files in the box.

anyrecover doesnt work if windows can recognize the hard ddrive on a second pc.

OK, these solutions ONLY work if the windows actually "sees" the USB drive, but what if it can't see the USB drive in file explorer?

What if the driver shows up on the computer but cant acess it? Then says it needs to be formatted.. Also when using a file recover app all the files are there

I formatted one of the drives by mistake. Purchased the tool. So far have not been able to recover a single file. All recovered folders have files of unknown types. Wafting to hear back from their support team.

I downloaded this and after it found my missing files the only two options to close the program were to pay way more than rescanning my missing pages would cost or do a forced shut down on my computer. Nothing else would close the program. I strongly object to programs that try to hijack my computer and wallet I downloaded Recuva and guess what. It recovered my scans far quicker than Anyrecover even found them. AND FOR FREE
