Quick walk around video of my 2023 Star Lab CNC Table.
Is that the Ellis 4000 bandsaw?
Mine is the 1800 Model
Subscribed. Thanks. Like the added business side of things a long with the work.
Great seeing a Minnesota guy doing some great stuff keep it up. Love the shop set up.
Thanks 👍
Need to create some contrast between the wall and signs. They are both Grey. Kind of hard to see.
yeah Im all for the PrimeWelld 225x!
Hey bud thans for sharing. Where is Blackwoods Metal Works? I just start my own weld-fab-restore biz about a year ago. getting ready to get into a warehouse. Im in S. FLA. Our winter is anything below 75 degrees. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Anyways i'll be watching.
One of my hear I put a AirPods with music and the other hear my surroundings at work….
Ring roller from HF is about $70 bucks and comes in handy with small stuff like this. Ive had mine for a few years and it makes fit up sooooo easy.
Next time use a C clamp to pull the steel band around to tack👌🫵😎
Good idea! I'll give that a try next time.
@@backwoodsmetalworks6107 yeah my friend you'll be able to twist and pull in different directions to tweak the fit!!
Good video pal👍
Nice setup you have there looks like you got a good variety of tools I like that metal circular saw you have to cut the steel plate we need one of those. We have a small shear and plasma cutter really need a big shear haha but that saw would come in handy the plasma isn’t always the cleanest cuts. A roller would have been good for making that fire pit top. We have 2 and use them a lot. Makes jobs like that easier. But understand that may not be work you do a lot so may not be worth it to have. Like your shop setup looks pretty clean always appreciate someone that takes care of their stuff. Good video 👍
Thanks for the comment!
Love the shop and enjoy the videos.
Thank you!
Make a video about complicated welding techniques you came across while working on sheet metals.
1:33 haha in that moment he knew he fucked up 😂
13:04 could you put something over the sign material so it doesn't burn? Just cover up that area?
I admire the mornings as well.
Damn that's impressive I'd like to see the cutting better. get a lens filter so we can see the cut.a adjustable welding hood would work
I wonder if that's $200 that's how much my Harbor Freight One cost
Looks great man. Some guys just make stupid comments.
That’s awesome
Not a fan of the dime stacking. Too easy. I’m more impressed with a flat even stringer.
