0:00 | Visualize your thoughts quickly with Excalidraw mind maps!
- First you need to create a root node. Simply create an object of your choice using a specific tool (rectangle, ellipse or diamond) from the toolbar at the top of the editor.
- To quickly create a sub-node of this root element, press Ctrl/Cmd and press the arrow keys (→←↓↑) in the direction where you want to create the element.
- The more times you press the arrow key, the more times the original element (node) will be duplicated.
- Press Enter to start typing within the selected node and Esc to exit the text editor.
- Move around these nodes by holding down the Opt/Alt key and pressing the arrow key in the direction you want to move.
- Repeat the process until you are completely satisfied with your flowchart.
