for the alarm make sure none of the wires are touching and make sure positive is in positive, if that doesnt work let me know and ill help even more

You can buy these by the bundle from electronic recyclers or from ebay for dirt cheap. The shipping is more than the sticks are worth. PC2 is DDR2, DDR3 came out in 2007, DDR4 was 2014, and DDR5 is slated for next year or maybe 2022 depending. Recycle these, theyre worthless

chech your power supply

I know this is old but I'm an IT specialist so if figured I'd comment. by the looks of it you are experiencing four beeps before each pause. this means your Power Supply is going into protect mode. there are many things that can lead to this but the most common is overheating. let it sit and beep for about five minutes and the fans will ramp up full speed and bring you to the BIOS. if that doesn't happen it will instead bring you to a blue screen with a number you can call and a website address.
