I’ve always been a huge fan of Gino. However, people fan out way too hard. I respect his approach to the act of skateboarding, he’s great to watch. But the ‘representation’ of it in present forms of media is banal.

I love how it ended with him pushing around. Skating can be about landing incredibly technical tricks and it can also be, at its heart, a different way of experiencing and feeling the world. A simple push around town can radically improve your day.

Oh! So that's how the third building fell on that horrific day in September. Mike V. weakened it with a subtle back truck slap.

I got a signed picture of Mike v skating the banks. He wrote "never give up" and even though I can't skate like I used to. I still go out and bomb a hill or hit some little ledges every once in awhile. Mike was definitely in his own category and will forever be one of the greatest in my book.

Wanna know how he does it. Its actualy a hack when u learnt hardflip before frontsideflip. Just do a hardflip and make ur body follow the 180-rotation. Bam “Muska flip” xd
