We had to sattle despute between 4wd and 2wd frame interchange

What procharger head unit is it and what pulleys?
It was sd1 I believe, don't remember pulley but I was around 15psi of boost
I just sanded mine down but little tiny swirls keep coming up. Do I need to keep sanding or am I missing something?
You need to clear coat it if you can't get swirls out, means they were deep on previous stage of sanding

Thanks for the reply It seems like I got the swirls out sanded with 400 grit worked my way up to 1000grit then polish but there is a lot of scratches still any ideas or am I doing something wrong? Sorry your video helped a lot but I’m not really getting the results I want

Great job! Currently doing a 2016 Z06 and have to replace the bonded inner fender assembly. I would love to know some more detail on that. How did you know where to bond the new assembly to the aluminum frame rail? I'm scared I'll bond it and then the fender be way out of whack. Thanks!
well what i did i istalled it as close as possible to where i thought it was, clamp it down, put few self tappet screws if necessary, mount the fender check everything, adjust, mark the inner panel and then put adhesive and stick the panel on your marks

You should do a price reveal! I know this series is somewhat dated, however, I'm sure there will be plenty interested in rebuilding these in the future (myself included) and would like an idea of what they're looking at. It is also possible that you mentioned it in one of the videos and I missed it. Either way, I love the content and am excited to watch your channel grow!

I don't remember exact numbers but I bought a car for around 15k, it cost me around 20-22k

I used harbor freight buffer and 3m pads with 3m compounds A/B/C stages

yep, list of my certification is nearly unlimited some of which includes prybar certified, rattle can pain certified and lastly but definitely not limited to is torch certified
