Great presentation. I like how it demonstrates the importance of the of the collaboration of the oral health and the systemic health, as the effects are very prominent in diabetic patients especially.

I liked the 'Lessons Learned' part, great points are mentioned. And how OH is integrated as part of Medical program curriculum, it's good that it has been introduced throughout the courses and not as a separate course.

Thank you for this great presentation! I work for a Primary Care Association and while many of our health centers acknowledge the importance of prioritizing diabetic patients for oral health care, it becomes challenging due to a lack of dental benefits for adults on Medicaid. I'm not sure this was covered in your research, but it would be great if we could demonstrate that adults with diabetes who do receive oral health services have better outcomes and lower healthcare costs so we can get policymakers on board with a comprehensive dental benefit for adults.
