I worked in a predominantly female office, and I watched everything I said. I still had a complaint put against me and another co-worker. Because I hugged him in the workplace after he found out his son had died. The co-worker who complained stated she felt left out. I was required to do inclusiveness and diversity training, so I ended up quitting. I have zero faith in women. They refuse to hold themselves accountable for the mess they make.
